Can I do OEM or ODM order?
Yes, OEM and ODM orders are welcome. Sizes, colors, equipment, benches, and logos can be customized with a minimum order quantity of just 1 unit.
Can I visit the factory?
Absolutely. We welcome customers from all over the world to visit our facility and compare our quality and service firsthand.
What is your lead time or production time?
Usually, the lead time is 18 to 25 working days after order confirmation, depending on the model, season, and quantity.
Can I have a confirmation sample before I order?
Due to the large size, samples are shipped by sea. Small carts can be shipped via LCL (shared container), while larger carts (over 280cm) require FCL (whole container).
How do I place an order?
1) Discuss and confirm requirements; 2) Receive proforma invoice; 3) Pay 50% deposit for production to start; 4) Pay balance after production is finished and photos are confirmed, then we ship.
