What is the standard lead time for production?
For the first order, lead time is 30 to 35 days (including tooling and packaging setup). Repeat orders typically take 25 to 30 days. We provide weekly production updates.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Standard warranty ranges from 2 to 5 years. Electronics and steel parts vary by model, with final terms confirmed on the PI and QC plan.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
